Introduce the minute rule for every frame
REJECTED - KEEP STATUS QUO

One timeout / Extension per team per frame for difficult shots
REJECTED DUE TO VOTE TAKEN PLACE FOR 1a ABOVE

No Cup semi / final to take place on Tuesday - (rest of leagues effectively have a free week)
PASSED

Cut down on the number of Thursday night cups / matches
A / B League cups to take place at Pennies / CP on a Sunday
PASSED - ONE CUP AT PENNIES, ONE AT CP - ALTERNATING ANNUALLY
EFFECTIVELY ONE FEWER CUP TO BE PLAYED ON THURSDAYS

Presentation to take place before a Weekend cup to increase attendance
WITHDRAWN AS A/B CUPS TO BE PLAYED IN DIFFERENT VENUES.

Penalty shootout to be used for playoff for ALL cup matches
REJECTED - KEEP STATUS QUO WITH PUBS DECIDING

A/b division cups to be played at the winners venue (Semis and Final)
REJECTED DUE TO VOTE TAKEN PLACE FOR 2a/2b ABOVE
Cups to be given out at the final not at a presentation night
PASSED

No cups should be played on a Tuesday, only league games
REJECTED - KEEP STATUS QUO WITH COMMITTEE DECIDING FIXTURES

Player capping system to be reintroduced
INITIALLY IT WAS AGREED TO INVESTIGATE CAPPING SYSTEM / DEVISE POSSIBLE
"SUPERSTARS" LIST AND AGREE FOR NEXT MEETING.
HOWEVER AT THE VERY END - CLACHAN CAPTAIN (WHO WAS LATE) COMPLAINED STRONGLY
AND DEMANDED A RULE BE PUT IN PLACE.

THE FOLLOWING WAS VOTED FOR AND PASSED:-
A TEAM CAN ONLY FIELD A MAX OF TWO PLAYERS OF THE FOLLOWING CALIBER IN THE SINGLES
AND A MAX OF TWO IN THE DOUBLES IN ANY ONE MATCH:
-- SCOTLAND (OR OTHER COUNTRY) A TEAM INTERNATIONALS - PAST AND PRESENT
-- SCOTLAND (OR OTHER COUNTRY) B TEAM INTERNATIONALS - FOR THE THE PAST 3 YEARS
-- ANY CUE SPORT PROFESSIONAL (PAST AND PRESENT)
-- ANY CURRENT TOP 32 RANKED PLAYER IN SCOTLAND

I PERSONALLY DISAGREE WITH THIS DECISION AS MANY TEAMS HAD LEFT BY THE TIME THIS
WAS BROUGHT UP AGAIN (ALTHOUGH I UNDERSTAND WHY THE CLACHAN WANTED THE RULE
INTRODUCED).

Player capping System to be dropped completely for all criteria
REJECTED DUE TO VOTE TAKEN PLACE FOR 3a ABOVE

Only 4 a team players allowed to play per match
( anyone who has played for the a team in the past 2 events )
REJECTED DUE TO VOTE TAKEN PLACE FOR 3a ABOVE

Ditch "5 year time rule"
PASSED

Point 22 - Ditch rule that means 4 players required to start a match
REJECTED - KEEP STATUS QUO

Point 23 - Ditch rule that means teams require 5 players by 8.30
Point 36 - 8.30 clause
PASSED WITH CAVIAT THAT FOR EVERY 5 MINS A TEAM CANNOT FIELD A VALID PLAYER
OR PLAYERS (DOUBLES) - THEN THEY LOSE A FRAME

Point 29 - Players playing in other competitions on same night
REJECTED - KEEP STATUS QUO

Point 37 - Relax Transfer restrictions a little
PASSED - COMMITTEE NOW HAS AUTHORITY TO APPROVE PLAYER TRANSFERS
IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Superleague committee to be ratified by the league and the league to take a more active interest in it.
FOLLOWING WAS PASSED:

FIRST ITEM ON AGENDA FOR ALL MEETINGS WOULD BE SUPERLEAGUE - IF ANY BUSINESS.
ANYONE LATE FOR A LEAGUE MEETING WILL BE FINED £5. (WASN’T SURE THIS GOT PASSED
BUT SCOTT RAE CONFIRMS IT WAS)

League singles best of 5 final best of 7
Doubles the same
REJECTED - KEEP STATUS QUO

Do away with 3 tiers of fixtures - unfair to play extra games home/away
REJECTED - KEEP STATUS QUO

Change to 7 Singles 3 doubles instead of 8 singles 4 doubles
REJECTED - KEEP STATUS QUO

Lag before every frame. Everyone will have a chance in every frame they play
REJECTED - KEEP STATUS QUO

For each cup - make the cup sponsor the first name out of the hat to give them more home ties
REJECTED - KEEP STATUS QUO

No official league announcements will be posted on facebook.
All results will need to be posted on the website from now on.
Results posted on facebook will not be accepted
Usual fines/penalties will apply.
